Custom Work

Letterpress is a completely handmade process. All printing is produced on vintage letterpress equipment. Every piece of paper is hand-fed through our printing presses one sheet at a time, one color at a time. Therefore, prices are determined by quantity and color. Most of the time and work we spend on a job is put into the set-up, rather than the printing, so we set minimums to orders to make the most of resources and time. However, each job is entirely customizable - from design to dimensions!

Listed below are starting points for our most popular items. This is the price for the most basic and simple design. Based on your needs - ambitious design, custom illustrations, carvings, multiple colors, etc. - the price will increase from here.


posters

A flat fee of $100 for design and typesetting is applied to all custom orders. This fee is non-refundable in the event your order is cancelled before production. This includes 2 rounds of revisions. There is an additional fee of $30 per hour for custom illustrations, logo design, or further revisions. Prices indicated are for 11 x 17" posters with a 40 word maximum. We can exceed 40 words by outsourcing a polymer plate (minimum charge of $50).

A flat fee of $50 is applied to all custom stationery orders with 2 revisions. This fee is non-refundable in the event your order is cancelled before production. There is an additional fee of $50 per hour for custom illustrations, logo design, or further revisions. Prices indicated are for 5 x 7" flat cards or 4.25 x 5.5" folded cards and include envelopes (printed envelopes available for an additional fee).

WEDDING INVITATIONS

We can truly get creative with a letterpress wedding invitation. From a flat card, to folded card, trifold, to a custom die-cut shape - the possibilities are endless! However, this makes it difficult to price things. Listed below are the minimum orders for our most basic styles of wedding suites. We can always build from here! We will work with you throughout the process to ensure your invitation is the perfect introduction to your special day.


Save the dates

A flat fee of $75 is applied to all custom Save the Date orders. This fee is non-refundable in the event your order is cancelled before production. This includes 2 rounds of revisions. There is an additional fee of $50 per hour for custom illustrations, logo design, or further revisions.

Our most basic offering is a flat A2 size card (4.25 x 5.5") and the prices indicated are for that style. Prices include envelopes (printed envelopes available for an additional fee).

FORMAL INVITATIONS

A flat fee of $150 is applied to all custom formal invitation orders. This fee is non-refundable in the event your order is cancelled before production. This includes 2 rounds of revisions. There is an additional fee of $50 per hour for custom illustrations, logo design, or further revisions.

Our simplest offering is a flat 5 x 7" card and the prices indicated are for that style. Prices include envelopes (printed envelopes available for an additional fee).

If you'd like to make your invitation the most formal - with multiple pieces like an RSVP card, accommodations, directions and a map, weekend itinerary, etc. - we will be happy to create that for you! It will just require a more in depth chat so we can provide you with a more accurate quote.
