BELOW IS A RUNDOWN OF OUR PROCESS
We start with a conversation about your project! This includes imagery, copy, quantity, and color. These components will help us understand your vision and provide an estimate.
Next is a quote and timeline for your project. The quote is comprised of 3 main factors: Design, Pre-press (everything involved in the set-up), and Printing.
The design fee acts as a nonrefundable deposit in the event your order is canceled before production. At this stage, we will also send a contract that explains the finer details of our process.
Once we have the deposit, we will begin on a digital mock-up that we can revise until we are ready to print.
With your approval, we move on to production and print!
Each job is unique and we typically do not work from templates so it can be difficult to give an accurate estimate. However, if you provide us with a ballpark quantity and number of colors, we will do our best to give you a rough quote.
Because a majority of time & energy is spent on the design, carving, and set up, we set a minimum quantity of 50 prints for any custom job.
The typical turnaround time for all custom jobs is 4-6 weeks. If our schedule is full or if a design is particularly complicated, lead time may extend.
